Where did you go to school?
I went to school at Valparaiso University and graduated in the Spring of 2017 with a degree in marketing.
How did you first hear about Arrive?
I came across Arrive on Indeed and applied right after I graduated. The Chicago office was expanding fast and looking to add more sales reps there; the process actually went really quickly. It was probably a two week process from when I applied to the Monday that I started.
What keeps you here?
I think a huge reason that I’m still here is because of the culture. The people I work with on a daily basis are so awesome and so hard-working. There’s this feeling with everybody that works at Arrive that we’re here to enjoy ourselves but at the same time to work hard and be successful together. You see that every single day here through the work people put in and the things they do on a day-to-day basis. It’s just incredible.
Have any advice for soon to be college grads?
I would say my biggest piece of advice is to be patient and stick with it. If you come here everyday and work hard, you’ll be successful. There are so many people who are great examples of that mindset, and you see how successful they are today. If you look at any of the people around you that you admire, you realize they worked hard and stuck it out and that’s how they became the successful sales reps you want to be a few years down the road.
