Understanding Your Carrier Scorecard

We know strong partnerships require clear and consistent communication. That is why Arrive shares a service scorecard monthly with our carrier partners that have moved at least five loads in the previous month. The visual aid below defines the terms included on that service scorecard.

Year-to-Date Metrics

Total Revenue

The amount paid by Arrive to your
organization year-to-date.

Total Loads

The total number of shipments moved
by your company year-to-date.

Month-in-Review Metrics

Average LPD

The number of loads moved by your company per day.

On-Time Pickup (OTP)

The percentage of loads moved by your company that were picked up on time.

On-Time Delivery (OTD)

The percentage of loads moved by your company that were delivered up on time.

Autotrack Consistency

Percentage of loads tracked from a visibility tool every 60 minutes or 60 miles thought out the journey.

Autotrack

Percentage of loads tracked with a minimum of
1 location change updated from a visibility tool.

Give Backs

The number of loads your company committed to that were subsequently returned to Arrive after 3 PM the day before pickup.

Late Give Backs

The number of loads your company committed to that were subsequently returned to Arrive 3 hours before pickup.

Arrive Carrier Requirements

Please have the following info ready to complete registration

  • MC, MX, DOT, or state reg #
  • Tax ID & W9 info
  • Cert of Insurance: $100k cargo, $1M Auto, & $1M commercial general liability coverage
  • Active Common or Contract Authority (365+ days)
  • Safety Rating of at least Satisfactory (or None)
