This award honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and example-setting set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network.
Austin, TX – (September 19, 2023) — Supply & Demand Chain Executive announced the 2023 recipients of its Women in Supply Chain award. Among this year’s winners are three leadership team members at Arrive Logistics — a leading multimodal transportation and technology company headquartered in Austin, Texas — Tricia Dell, Senior Vice President of Client Success; Anne Adyniec, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives; and Hillary Serena, Director of Client Success.
Dell is an accomplished supply chain professional who combines extensive industry experience with a forward-thinking mindset. Her strategic expertise and ability to develop high-performing teams consistently deliver exceptional results for customers and the individuals she leads. Her passion for innovation, commitment to continuous improvement, and dedication to empowering women in the supply chain make her an exceptional role model and a true asset to the industry.
With over 10 years of experience as an industry leader and expert advisor, Adyniec has consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to build resilient teams and construct workflows that deliver impactful, replicable solutions at scale. Her innovative, data-driven approach to executing complex, multi-year change management and business transformation efforts has been and continues to be critical as Arrive grows.
Drawing from 17 years of experience in the logistics industry, Hillary Serena played a vital role during the pandemic helping create and cultivate Arrive’s Client Success department. Serena’s expert communication skills and strategic collaboration kept her team and the business on track during a truly unprecedented time. Serena continues to make an impact every day by building relationships across the industry and providing mentorship opportunities for women. Hillary also advocates for gender diversity and equal opportunity employment for all individuals interested in a supply chain career.

This year’s list includes individuals from software and service providers, consultancies and academia, trucking and transportation firms, professional development agencies, sourcing and procurement divisions, and more, all who have helped supply chain clients and the supply chain community at large prepare to meet many of today’s—and tomorrow’s—challenges.
“This year, we received over 400 submissions, the highest amount of applications not only for this award, but also for all of our awards. What’s more, 118 of those applications were submitted by male counterparts, nominating their boss, co-worker or associate. Last year, that figure was just at 75. Also this year, 39 women self-nominated, a tremendous uptick from last year’s award, which just saw 12 self-nominations. This shows progress. This shows hope that one day, we won’t need an award like this because men and women in the supply chain will be equal,” says Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive. “While there’s still more work to be done, what we’re doing is working. From truck drivers to CEOs, what these winners are doing matters to the future of all supply chains.”
